Before training with Chris, I was getting discouraged not seeing the results I had hoped for. I had heard great things about Chris from other members at South Shore Fitness. So, I watched him training other clients and could see the difference between his technique and training style. I began training with Chris in April, and here I am 6 weeks later, 10 pounds lighter, down a dress size, and loving coming to the gym!
